Mr. Gary Donnell Blackmon, 57, of 1109 Rosedale Avenue,Durham, formerly of Sampson County, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019.
Survived by his loving wife - LaQuinta Blackmon of the home; children - Aisha and Mustafa Blackmon; eight grandchildren; sisters - Barbara Gerald of Dunn, Wilma Owens (Timothy) of Autryville and Carol L. Clegg (Edward) of Raleigh; sister-in-law - Willette Copeland-Brown; special and devoted friends - Carl McDowell and LaKeesha Sumpter; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
The public viewing will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019, from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, at Dafford Funeral Home, 707 East Edgerton Street, Dunn.
The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, December 13, 2019, at 11:00 am, at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel, 707 East Edgerton Street, Dunn.
Burial will follow in the Littlefield Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Newton Grove.
