Herbert C. McNeill

Mr. Herbert C. McNeill, 79, of 5114 Titan Roberts Road, Erwin, passed away May 4, 2019. He was a 1957 graduate of Harnett High School, Dunn, and served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1966, serving in the Vietnam War.

Survivors: wife - Bessie Marie McNeill; daughters - DeCheryl Ann Johnson (James) of Florida, Andrea Denise McNeill of Erwin; siblings - Hattie Smith (Avest), Clara Trevenel Brown (Henry), Dennis McNeill, John McNeill, all of Erwin, Alberta McKoy (Aaron) of Maryland, Henry McNeill (Martha) of Florida; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.

The viewing will be held at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, Friday, May 10, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, with the family visitation from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin.

Burial will follow in the Riverside Community Cemetery, Erwin, with military honors.
