James Marshall Obituary
Mr. James L. Marshall, 70, of 514 Mill Street, Smithfield, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2019. The family will receive friends at the home of Willie and Jennifer Dupree, 190 Brookhaven Drive, Clayton.
Survivors: wife - Linda Marshall of the home; children - Sherry Marshall of Smithfield, Alicia Roberson (David) of Tarboro, Umecca Moore of Garner, James “Boo Boo” Marshall, Jr. (Cindy) of Clayton, Jennifer Dupree (Willie) of Clayton, Tarsha Marshall of Raleigh, Nicole Marshall of Clayton, Crystal “Chris” Richardson (Ross) of Smithfield, Gwendolyn “Gwen” Burns (Quincy) of Raeford, Marcus Marshall of Clayton, Christopher “Brandon” Marshall (Beth) of Dandridge, Tennessee, and Ashley Marshall of Smithfield; siblings - Ernest (Joyce) of Fort Worth, Texas and Gladys Marshall of Dunn; twenty-eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The viewing will be held Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn.
The funeral service will be conducted Monday, December 30, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
