Mary Bethea Obituary
Ms. Mary S. Bethea, 79, of 1007 North Wilson Avenue, Dunn, passed away September 18, 2019. The family will receive friends at the home daily between the hours of 11:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Survivors: daughters - Deborah Evans, Angela Bethea, and Starlette Bethea all of Dunn, Tammy Bethea of Four Oaks; sons - Larry Evans, William Earl Bethea, Lee Vern Bethea, and Bronson Bethea all of Dunn, Flint Bethea (Mary) of Erwin; siblings - Hettie McCrae (Charles), Oliver Evans, Gladys Nichols, and Garland Evans, Jr. (Stella); twenty-seven grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn.
The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 1:00 pm, at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin.
The burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
