Charles Junior Moore

Mr. Charles Moore, 73, of 18 Country Side Ln, Clinton, passed away April 10, 2023.

Charles is survived by his wife, Mary L. Moore of the home; two daughters- Charlene Williams of Sanford, NC, and Kaylan Moore of Clinton, NC;  one step-son- Jamid Williams of the home;  four grandchildren- Ervin McIver, Anthony McIver, Katina McIver all of Sanford, NC,  and Jerimiah Moore of Clinton, NC; one sister- Doris Kelly Moore of Lillington, NC; father-in-law- Steven Williams of Clinton, NC; sisters-in-law- Arlene (Solomon) Hunt of Tarhill, NC, Priscilla McLamb, Diane Darden, and Johnesa Ship of Clinton, NC; brothers-in-law- Steven “Earl” (Margie) Williams of Fayetteville, NC, and Malcom (Jessica) Price of Clinton, NC; one uncle- Lewis Kelly of Lillington, NC; aunt-  Maxine Moore Atkins of Lillington, NC, Frances (Aubrey) Matthews of Johnsonville, NC, Betty (Johnny) Kelly of Greensboro, NC, Jessie Kelly and  Ozella Clark of Albany, NY, Flora McCants of Detroit; one great-aunt- Margie McNeill of Lillington, NC;  god-sister- Georgia Mae Boone of Clinton, NC; god-daughter- Lashonda Petty of Clinton, NC; one nephew- Stanley Kelly of Lillington, NC; two nieces- Tammy Kelly of Lillington, NC and Belinda Arhagba (Kefe) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; a host of other relatives and many, many friends.

 Public viewing will be at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, Friday, April 14, 2023 from 1PM - 5PM., and  at Union Grove DOC Church, Clinton, Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 12PM-12:55PM.

Funeral Service will follow @ 1PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Norrington AMEZ Church Cemetery, Lillington.
