Charmell Harris

Ms. Charmell Harris, 49, of 644 Nutgrass Rd, Bunnlevel, passed away June 23, 2022. The family will receive friends at the home of Leonard Harris, 109 Hall Road, Erwin. Masks are recommended.

She was the daughter of the late Flora Mae Harris and Daniel McNeill.  

Charmell graduated from Western Harnett High School in Lillington NC.

She worked at Duke Hospital until her health declined. Charmell loved music, crafts, and spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Charmell was preceded in death by: her sister Shauna Harris and brother James D. McNeill.

She leaves to cherish her memories: sons- Travon Harris (Shontel) and Shederran Harris (Kadeidre) both of Bunnlevel, NC; four sisters- Yvette Harris, Fayetteville, NC, Mia Elliott (Purdie S.) Spring Lake, NC, Peggy Spicer, Ohio, Marsha McNeill, Sanford, NC, and Peggy McNeill, Pennsylvania; four brothers- Leonard Harris (Kim) Erwin, NC, Craig Harris Spring Lake, NC, David McNeill, Rocky Mount, NC, Victor McNeill (Lena), Dunn, NC; six grandchildren- Caden, Jeremiah, Honor, Kaysen, Star, and Hope; one uncle- James Harris (Diane), Bunnlevel NC; two aunts-  Agnes Williams, Newport News, Va, Lillian Clinton (Herman), Maryland; four special nephews- Michael, Demetry, Tresmon, and Marc; one special niece-Sh’Mea; one special friend- Ms. Linda Scott and a host of relatives and friends.

A special thanks to the staff at Transition Hospice Care Team in Wake County, NC, for there around the clock care.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, July 1, 2022 @ 3PM at the McLean Cemetery, Bunnlevel.

Burial will follow.
