Mrs. Ella Pearl Harris, 80, of 121 Lamm Avenue, Erwin, passed away, August 27, 2023.
She leaves to cherish her memories: son - Roy Lee Harris of Erwin; God-daughter - Tammy Hooks (Donald) of Raleigh; step-daughters - Meta Cameron (James) of Willow Springs, Vickie Walker of Wilmington, NC; sisters - Susie Johnson (Robert), Peggy Robinson (Paul), Delorise Williams, all of Erwin; brothers - James Holliday (Martha) of Dunn, Johnnie Holliday (Lessie) of Linden, Ransom Holliday (Sharon) of Durham; brothers-in-law - John Harris of Smithfield, Elmer Harris (Mae) of Erwin, Maurice Elliott of Dunn, Joel Elliott of Sanford, Wayne Smith of Dallas, TX.; sisters-in-law - Louise Williams of El Paso, TX., Lula Harris of Erwin; bonus sisters - Elaine Cameron (Thomas) of Erwin, Rosetta Spears of Angier; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Receiving friends at home daily 5 PM until 9 PM.
Public viewing will be at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, Friday, September 1, 2023 from 1PM - 5PM., Masks are strongly recommended.
The Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Saturday, September 2, 2023 @ 3PM at the Mount Pisgah-Harnett Original Free Will Baptist Church, 145 Prospect Road, Erwin, following the church's guidelines for entrance and capacity. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
