Hattie Smith Obituary
Ms. Hattie B. Smith, 75, of 911 North Magnolia Avenue, Dunn, passed away March 12, 2020. The family will receive friends at 1209 N. Fayetteville Ave, Dunn.
She grew up in Dunn, NC and attended Harnett High School. She later moved to Wilmington, DE, where she lived from 1972 - 1999. She is survived by: daughters - Karen Smith of DeSoto, MO, Jacqueline Baah (Alexander) of Youngsville, and Alder Smith of Dunn; sons - James and Ronnie Smith both of Dunn; brother - Daniel Smith of Wilmington, DE; her best friend and big sister - Betty Smith of Dunn; 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
The public viewing will be at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel, Dunn, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel, Dunn.
Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
