James "Pee Wee" Smith

Mr. James Edward Smith, 62, of 904 Magnolia Lane, Dunn, passed away April 22, 2023. The family will receive friends at the home of Betty Smith, 1209 N. Fayetteville Ave, Dunn.

Pee Wee is preceded in death by his mother- Hattie B. Smith; his sister- Karen E. Smith; and his brother- Norman H. Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children- James A. Graham, Aqueena D. Graham, Damian Y. Smith (Rebecca), Jerrell C. Smith, and Zane D. Smith; seven grandchildren- Mi'Kavis Smith, Jazaiah Lee, Trezure Graham, Maverick Smith, Selye Smith, Zyion Hargraves, and Syris Pierce; three siblings- Jacqueline Baah (Alex) of Youngsville NC, Alder Smith of Dunn NC, and Ronnie Smith of Wilmington, DE; aunt- Betty Smith of Dunn, NC; two special cousins- Cecil and Michael McNair and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home Chapel- Dunn, Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 12PM-12:55PM. MASKS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Funeral Service will follow @ 1PM, following the guidelines of the chapel for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
