Jarvis McBride

Mr. Jarvis McBride, 70, of 1704 Bunnlevel-Erwin Road, Erwin, passed away August 28, 2021.  The family will receive friends daily from 12 Noon - 6:00 pm. Masks are required to enter and practice social distancing. He leaves to cherish his memories: his children - Sherra Ann McDougald of Bunnlevel, Theresa Dorothy Elizabeth Myles of Dunn; sisters - Catherine Virgina Jones of Sampson County, Lueoler Blue of Sampson County, Ida B. McBride of Lillington; four grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The public viewing will be Thursday, September 2, 2021 at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Masks are required to enter.

The funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 3, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters, 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, following the facility's guidelines for entrance, capacity and social distancing. Masks are required.

Burial will follow in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Bragg, on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00 am.
