Joseph E. Adams

Mr. Joseph Edward Adams, 66, of 170 Starlight Drive, Lillington, passed away January 18, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memories: one son - Brian Adams of Raleigh; one daughter - Yolanda Adams (Phillip) of Durham; nine grandchildren; four brothers - David Adams (Shelia), Theodore Adams, William, Jr. Adams (Deborah) all of Detroit, MI and Nathaniel Adams (Earlene) of Henderson, NV; two sisters - Hattie Lyons of Garner and Dorothy Thomas of Angier; a special aunt - Maize Shaw of Lumberton; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The viewing will be Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 10:00 am - 10:45 am at the Dafford Funeral Home, Angier, with no more than 10 individuals inside at one time. Masks are required to enter and practicing social distancing.

A graveside service, with military honors, will be conducted Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 12 Noon at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Ft. Bragg. No more than 25 people are allowed inside the committal building. Masks are required to enter and practicing social distancing.
