Ms. Katisha Kirksey, 44, of 103 Jupiter Drive, Dunn, passed away May 14, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memories: her daughters - Kadijah and Si'Mahni McDonald of Dunn; grandchildren - Kayden and Kayleigh Smith of Dunn; parents - Annie and Jessie Kirksey of Dunn; grandmother - Mary Jane Williams of Dunn; siblings - Gail Grayer (Robert) of Warren, Ohio, Jerness Gethers (Elma) of Alberta, Canada, Jacinda Gethers of Greenville, Mario and Telika Kirksey of Dunn, Shakia Kirksey of Philadelphia, PA; a long time friend and father of her children - Lamont McDonald, nieces - Brittany Washington, Maya Gethers, Cy'Keria Kirksey-McKoy; nephew - Jermaryus Kirksey; god-daughters - Miessence Judd and Anastasia McDonald; god-sisters - Rashon Campbell, Destiny Judd; and a host of family and friends.
A Private viewing will be Saturday, May 23, 2020 at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm with no more than 10 individuals at any one time.
A Graveside service will be conducted Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Resthaven Cemetery, 500 S. Burke Street, Dunn, with no more than 50 people present.
