Lemiel D. Baggett

Mr. Lemiel D. Baggett, 80, of 3269 Baptist Chapel Road, Godwin, passed away February 28, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of fifty-nine (59) years - Alease Baggett; to this union they have three children - Phyllis Baggett (Edward) of Kernersville, Tammy Baggett-Best (Parenza) of Rougemont, Jamie Baggett (Jacqueline) of Godwin; sisters - Ellen Baggett of Godwin, Aleader Carroll of Wade; grandchildren - Isabella, Jeremiah Baggett; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The public viewing will be Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, from 10:00 am -12:00 pm with no more than 10 individuals inside at one time. The family will be present from 12 Noon - 12:30 pm, and the procession will leave from the funeral home in route to the cemetery for the graveside service. Masks are required and practice social distancing.

The graveside service will be conducted Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Baggett Family Cemetery, Godwin, with no more than 50 people present. Masks are required and practice social distancing. There will be no public viewing at the cemetery.
