Mother Goldie Mae McDougald

Mother Goldie Mae McDougald, 88, of 1614 McLean Chapel Church Rd, Bunnlevel, passed away January 3, 2024.  The family will receive friends at the home daily from 2PM - 7PM daily. MASKS ARE REQUIRED!

Mrs. McDougald leaves to cherish seven children, Peggy McDougald, Darnell McDougald, Goldie Pryor, Annie McDougald, Mary Elliott, Tony McDougald (Sarai Kathleen), and preceded in death by son -  Paul D. McDougald; 19  grandchildren, Darice, Jonathan, Melissa, Brandon (Stephanie), Olivia (Rodney), Anthony Jr.(Shequita), Mary A, Jeanette (Desmond), Janel, Bryan, Marisa, Allyah, Tracey (Willie), Sherelle, Michael, Christy, Jacob, Charles, and Ella; 23 great grandchildren,  and  two great great-grands. She had cousins -  Willie Seaberry, Annie, Faye, and Linda;  sister in-law -  Annie Louise Harris, special friend and riding partner -  Elizabeth Harris, and “adopted” daughter, Doris Finger. She also had a host of cousins, and neighbors.

Open viewing  will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 1:55 pm at the McLean Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, Bunnlevel, with the Celebration of Life Service beginning at 2:00pm.

Flowers are welcomed, but the family suggests that they be floor plants or that  you make a donation in her memory to your Sickle Cell association or Alzheimer's association.
