Mr. Charles Edward McLaughlin “Spring Lake”

We are saddened to announce that Mr. Charles Edward McLaughlin “Spring Lake", 74, of 16 S. Brenda St., Spring Lake, passed on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

Brother McLaughlin leaves to cherish his memories, his wife- Brenda; four daughters- Regina Steele of Cameron, NC, Latrece (Steven) Johnson of Mobile, AL, Angela (Sean) Hall of McDonough, GA and Esther McLaughlin of Spring Lake, NC; one son- Charles T. (Delia) McLaughlin of McAllen, TX; one sister- Marjorie McCormick of Spring Lake, NC; five sisters-n-law- Climmie Robinson of Cutler Bay, FL, Dorothy Gibson of Chicago, IL, Arie Myles of Miami Gardens, FL, Lawanda Young of Birmingham, AL and Pamela Crusoe of Madison, MS; 24 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Lou Chapel Church, Spring Lake, Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 1PM-1:55PM.

Celebration of Life will follow @ 2PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Lou Chapel Church Cemetery, Spring Lake.
