Mr. Columbus Junior Platt

Mr. Columbus J. Platt, 74, of 154 Crepe Myrtle Ln, Erwin, passed away, Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Columbus leaves to cherish his memories, wife- Radie Platt; sister- Barbara Lewis (Clyde); brother- Thomas Washington; sister-in-love- Laverne M. Platt; four sons- Antonio McNeill, Christopher Platt, Richard Cathey and James Cathey; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. 

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home- Dunn, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 3PM-5PM. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.

Funeral Service will be held at Mt. Pisgah OFWB Church, Erwin, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 @ 11AM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Sandhills Veteran Cemetery, Fort Liberty, @ 2PM.
