It is with heartfelt sympathy that we announce the passing of Mr. Connie Thompson, Jr., 68, of 32 Ben Court, Bunnlevel, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Mr. Connie leaves to cherish his memories, his wife- Elaine Love Thompson of Bunnlevel, North Carolina; five sons - Carl Woody Smith of Fayetteville, NC, Calvin Green of New Jersey, Bryan Green of Bunnlevel, NC, Andre Green of New Jersey and Dominique Green of Lillington; fifteen grandchildren- Anthony Smith, Carl Smith Jr., Amaya Smith, Saedy Cofield, Aashiya Alston, Keyshaun, Chuck, Diamond, Jay, Dre Anthony Lee Greene, Ki’Ana Elaine, Neleh Rosa, Leneh Rosa, Dominic Green Jr. and Aaliyah Elaine; two great grandchildren- Amari and Kamari; a special niece Dominique McLean of Houston, Texas; and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home Chapel- Dunn, Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 12PM-12:55PM.

Funeral Service will follow @ 1PM, following the guidelines of the chapel for entrance and capacity.

Interment will be in the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Liberty, Wednesday, June 25, 2025 @ 2PM, with Military Honors.
