Mr. Douglas Williams

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Douglas Williams, 82, of Four Oaks, on Friday, March 28, 2025.

Mr. Williams leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 62 years- Inez; children- Cynthia Dobbins (Demetrius), Doug Williams Jr. (Judy), and Annette Williams (John);  seven grandchildren- Jovan Amerson (Beth), Yadira Amerson, Promisse Williams, Myles Williams, Jordan Williams, Tina Benson, and Shardee Coxum; four great-grandchildren- Andrik Cole, Jaylin Amerson, Zariah Morrisey, and Payton Coxum; sister- Alice Hilliard; brother-in-law- William Hilliard; sisters-in-law- Mary Mitchner, Martha Mae Holiday, Blanch Williams and Hilda Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Smith Chapel OFWB Church, Four Oaks, Friday, April 4, 2025, from 12PM-12:55PM.

Funeral Service will follow @ 1PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Smith Chapel OFWB Church Cemetery, Four Oaks.
