Mr. Earl McAllister, Jr.

Mr. Earl McAllister, Jr., 50, of 33 Macy Lane, Lillington, passed away, October 22, 2023. 

Earl was born to Katie Thomas and the Late Earl McAllister Sr. He was born in Spring Valley, NY on March 3, 1973. Earl was a gifted child and was known for his style in playing the drums at the House of Praise Church. Earl loved to be the comedian of the family, along with Co-Pastor Franswa Darden and Fredrick Williams. He also played football while attending Hobbton High School. He later graduated in 1972.

Earl was preceded in death by his father, Earl McAllister. Sr. and Isaiah Z. Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his wife Tanya McAllister of Durham; son, Jordan Bergan of Clayton; mother, Katie Thomas of Newton Grove; six siblings, Angie Jones (AJ) of Spring Lake, Jennifer Williams of Newton Grove, Perry Williams of Fayetteville, Natashia Williams of Raleigh and Shone and Demetrius Epsey of Chattanouga, TN; one godson, Zyeake McMillian of Fayetteville and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, family members and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home,Dunn, Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 11:00 AM -3:00 PM.

Funeral Service will be held at House of Praise Church Ministries, Newton Grove, Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 3:00 PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.
