Mr. Evestus McLean

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Evestus McLean, 73, of Dunn, NC, on Saturday, February 8, 2025.

Mr. Evestus leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter- Cynthia Lewis of the home; son- Christopher McLean (Tina Ledbetter) of Sanford, NC; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother- Eddie McLean (Linda): six sisters- Annie Williams of Benson, NC, Mary Williams (Evilin), Judy Williams (Rodney), Janice McLean (Ronald Earl), Portia Davis (Carl), and Paula McLean, all of Dunn, NC; one son in-law- Gary Stewart of Killeen, TX; one aunt- Ruby Blue of Sampson Co.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home- Dunn, Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 1PM-5PM.

Celebration of Life will be held at Cape Fear Conference A, Erwin, Sunday, February 16, 2025 @ 2PM, following the guidelines of the facility for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
