Born to Mr. Jerome Western and Ms. Tammy Cook, November 24, 1991, in Patterson, New Jersey. God’s Angels came and gave him his rest on October 23, 2025. Sisters: Taneacha Cook, Patterson, NJ, Brothers: Kevin Perry, Kavaugn Perry, Dushawn Sumter, Kyle Cook, all of Patterson, NJ, Jahyd Robinson, Cleveland, OH, Significant Other: Nyaisaa Smith, Patterson, NJ, Special Cousin: Christchelle McClellean, Patterson, NJ, Bonus Sisters: Alana Byrd, Raleigh, NC, Cassidy Byrd, Atlanta, GA, Best Friend: Dana Littlejohn and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 A private Memorial Ceremony will be held at the parents' residence on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
