Mr. John W. McNeill

Mr. John W. McNeill, 98, of 5019 Titan Roberts Road, Erwin, passed away November 7, 2023.

Family will receive friends at103 Riverside Ln, Erwin, daily, between 12PM-7PM. MASKS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

John is survived by his wife of 75 years, Willie Mae of the home; daughters- Janet Cox Brown (Roger) of Erwin, Shirley Harris of Fayetteville; foster daughter- Doris Pipkin of Erwin; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister-in law- Lossie McNeill of Erwin; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special Thanks to Caregivers- Willie Mae Stewart, Linda Crosby of Erwin and The Carrolton Care Providers of Dunn NC.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home- Dunn, Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 1PM-5PM. MASKS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, and Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Oak Grove AMEZ Church, Erwin, from 11AM - 11:55AM. 

Funeral services will follow at 12PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity. 

Interment will follow in the Riverside Community Cemetery, Erwin.
