Mr. Luke Best, Jr., 68, of 208 E. King Street, LaGrange, NC entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 4, 2023. The family will receive friends at his residence, 208 E. King Street, Apt E, LaGrange, NC from Wednesday, November 8th through Saturday, November 11th. Visitors are welcomed from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm each day.

Precious memories will forever be in the hearts of his son Patrick (Chántel) Best of Clayton, NC, daughters: LaTisha Best of LaGrange, NC and Valarie (Devin) Harley of Brandywine, MD.; five grandchildren: Rhanecia White, Jordan and Dillon Harley, and Asa and Chandler Best, brother James (Linda) Best of Kinston, NC, two sisters: Elma G. Suggs and Ernestine (James) Cratch both of LaGrange, NC. a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Rouse Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 4813 Rouse Chapel Road, LaGrange, NC 28551.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 1:30 pm at Rouse Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 4813 Rouse Chapel Road, LaGrange, NC 28551.

Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in LaGrange, NC.
