Mr. Weldon Smith "Baby Brother" Grady

We are saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Weldon S. Grady, 79, of 110 Mars Drive, Dunn, on Saturday, July 27, 2024. 

The family will receive friends at 120 Allen Drive, Erwin.

Mr. Weldon leaves to cherish his memories, two sons- Weldon Alfonzo Grady (Lawanda) of Crowley, TX and Damon Lamont Grady of Newark, NJ; one brother-Frederick Grady (Doris) of Erwin, NC; seven grandchildren- Jalil Grady, Ashia Grady, Kyae Grady, Tiara Grady-Williams, Dahzmir Grady, Alanna Grady and Jahzir Lamont Richardson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 1PM - 5PM, following the guidelines for entrance and capacity.

The Celebration of Life service will  be conducted on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 1PM., following the guidelines of the facility for entrance and capacity.  Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
