Mr. Willie Everette Mitchell

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Willie Mitchell, 65, of 2759 Walker Rd, Linden, on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Mr. Willie leaves to cherish his memories; his wife- Diane Mitchell of Greensboro, NC; daughter- Ebony Ray of Greensboro, NC; mother- Minnie Mitchell of Bunnlevel, NC; brother- James Mitchell (Sharon) of Bunnlevel; sisters- Carolyn Raines (Phil) of Conyers, GA,  Deborah Charles (Phillip) of Coats, NC and Darlene Taylor of Moncure, NC; aunts- Effie Thomas of Lillington, NC and Clara McNeill of Hope Mills, NC; uncles- Charles McLean of Lillington, NC; Conrad McLean of Vass, NC and Elroy McLean (Carrie) of Fayetteville, NC; sisters-in-law- Arletha Ray of Greensboro, NC, Patricia Hurley (Gene) of Spring Lake, NC, Annie Pearl Spearman and Sarah Williams of Bunnlevel, NC; special friends- Richard Ray, Andre’ Ray, Stanley Stokes, Banzet Spruill, Steve Taylor, Terry Elliott, Edison Ray, Willie Cameron, Michael Harris, Denise Williams and the late Willie Roger Elliott; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Public viewing will be held at Cape Fear Conference A, Erwin, Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1PM-1:55PM.

Funeral Service will follow @ 2PM, following the guidelines of the facility for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the McLean Cemetery, Bunnlevel.
