Mrs. Mattie Bailey

Mrs. Mattie Bailey, of 112 Porter Drive, Erwin, NC entered into eternal life on Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Mrs. Mattie leaves to cherish her memories, five daughters- Gladys of Raleigh, NC, Jacqueline Bell (Darryl) of Wilmington, NC, Lucy Hardison (Michael) of Snellville, GA, Virginia Stinney of Dunn, NC and Thelma of Virginia Beach, VA; one son- Ross (Robbin) of Smithfield, NC; four grandsons- Brandon Stinney, Alexander Bailey, Antwon Coates, Marcel Cherry; one granddaughter- Brianna Bailey; special extended family members- Hilda Surles and family; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Oak Grove AME Zion Church, Erwin, Monday, November 27, 2023, from 11:30AM-12:25PM.

Funeral Service will follow @ 12: 30PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
