Mrs. Shirley M. Jones

Mrs. Shirley M. Jones, 67, of 504 East Cleveland Street, Dunn, passed away October 14, 2023. 

The family will receive friends at the home of Cashie and Wyvondra McCrimmon, 188 Park Dr, Dunn.

Shirley was the daughter of the late Edward McCrimon and Eula Mae McCrimon-Richardson of Sampson County.  She attended Dunn High School and worked as a Housekeeper at Campbell University until her health began to decline.On August 7, 2011 Shirley joined Mt. Pisgah-Harnett Original Free Will Baptist Church in Erwin where she was a faithful member.

She leaves to cherish her memories:  one daughter - Latisha Anderson (Michael) of Goldsboro; one special niece/daughter - Evette Crosby of Linden;  three sons - Cashie McCrimon (Wyvondar) of Dunn, Chris and Roger McCrimon, both of the home; 23 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be at the Mt. Pisgah-Harnett Original Free Will Baptist Church, Erwin, on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 2PM - 2:55PM., with the Celebration of Life Service to follow at 3PM., following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.  Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
