Ms. Amelia Terrell Crosby

Ms. Amelia Terrell Crosby, 43, of 3490 Landshire View Lane, Raleigh, NC passed away December 20, 2023. 

The family is receiving family and friends at the residence of Ms. Emma Burt, 5035 Chesapeake Road, Fayetteville, NC 28311.   

Amelia leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters- Arianna Booker and Jala Harris of the home; her mother- Emma McDougal, of Fayetteville, NC; her father- Charles (Iris) Crosby of Fayetteville, NC; her paternal grandmother- Mae Bell Crosby, of Dunn, NC; three sisters- Jessica Johnson, of Fayetteville, NC, Anetra Johnson, of Spring Lake, NC and Tedra (Duran) Harris ,of Raleigh, NC; three nephews- De’jah Johnson and Nasir Chalmers, of Spring Lake, NC, Derrick Evans, of Raleigh, NC; two nieces- Shi’Quandra Johnson and Tia Evans, of Raleigh NC; four maternal aunts- Rosa (Willis) Lunsford, of Holly Springs, NC, Doris McDougal, of Lillington, NC, Brenda (Van) Wire of Fayetteville, NC and Patricia (George) Jordan, of Angier, NC; two maternal uncles- Ernest McDougal, of Holly Springs, NC and Luther “Pete” McDougal, of Lillington, NC; three close cousins- Donna McDougal, of Raleigh, NC, Twayne McDougal, of Lillington, NC and Angela Johnson, of Stafford, VA; and two long time best friends- Tina Green and Tanya Rojas, of Charlotte, NC; two great nieces; one great nephew; and a host of great aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Viewing and Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Dafford Funeral Home Chapel of Angier, 50 Tippet Road, Angier, NC 27501.  

Internment will be on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at the Lafayette Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 2301 Ramsey St., Fayetteville @ 3PM.
