Ms. Emily “Jeanette” Lewis

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. “Jeanette” Emily Lewis, 58, of 116 Dogwood Cir., Clinton, NC on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Funeral services for Ms. Lewis will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Jackson Grove Bible Church of God, Newton Grove, NC.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery. 

A remarkable individual who touched countless lives, Jeanette leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Elijah (Eunice) Smith Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; three brothers, Elijah III (Scarlette), Gary and Timothy Smith; three sisters, Kelly, Sandra and Jasmine Smith; aunts, Linda Lewis, Frances McEachin, Nancy Smith, Elizabeth Smith, Evangeline Smith, Judy Smith and Ethelene Lewis (Jesse) and Iwillis Lewis (Ron); uncles, Ernest Smith and Jimmy Smith; a godson, Jeremiah Fryer, whom she loved dearly and a host of other relatives and friends.
