Ms. Estelle Shaw

It is with heartfelt sympathy that we announce the passing of Ms. Estelle Shaw, 70, of Universal Healthcare, Lillington, formerly of Dunn, on January 17, 2025. 

Estelle was born to the late Elijah and Anna Mae Shaw of Dunn.  She joined the Mount Pisgah Free Will Baptist Church of Erwin on August 25, 2013 and attended until her health began to fail.

She was more than a mother, sister, aunt, friend and homemaker.  If anyone knew her, they would know that she was a tough loving but caring person.

She leaves to cherish her memories:  her son - William Ranell Shaw of Avon Park, FL.; sister - Linda Faye Shaw of Lumberton; brothers - Elijah Shaw, Jr., Owen Shaw, and Julius Campbell, all of Dunn; grandson - Jeremiah William Ranell Shaw of Fayetteville; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Open viewing and Visitation will be at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel, Dunn, on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 12Noon - 2PM.  Final disposition will be handled privately by the family at a later date.
