Ms. Sharon Ballentine, 46, of 11 Winter Circle, Angier, passed away October 28, 2023. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her mother, Stella Ballentine, 242 West Church Street, Angier.

Sharon leaves to cherish her memories, her son- Dekel Ballentine of the home; mother- Ms. Stella Ballentine of Angier, NC; father- Pastor Oscar L Holland, Sr. (Rev. Elizabeth) of Raliegh, NC; sister-Kemberli Stephenson of Holly Springs, NC; brothers- Jeffery Ballentine of Angier, NC, Kevin Sligh of Waldorf, MD, Oscar Holland, Jr of Raleigh, NC, and Gerren Ballentine; maternal grandparents- Mae Pearl Ballentine and Mary McKoy of Fuquay-Varina, NC; mother- Genelle Sligh of Philadelphia, PA; aunts- Rueteen Ballentine, Teresa McLean, and Lin Ballentine, all of Angier, NC, Linda Ballentine of Lillington, NC, Emma McKoy of Fuquay- Varina, NC and Theresa Judd of Willow Spring, NC; uncles- Jackie McKoy of Fuquay-Varina, NC, George Jordan (Patricia) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Bishop Aaron Jordan (Charlotte) of Willow Spring, NC; Godson- Ja’Mez Gunn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home- Angier, Friday, November 3, 2023, from 1PM-6PM. MASKS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Funeral Service will be held at Cutts Chapel FWB Church, Angier, Saturday, November 4, 2023 @ 12PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.

Interment will follow in the Angier Community Cemetery, Angier.
