
Patrick is a graduate of North Lenoir High School and Fayetteville Technical Community College. He is a passionate funeral director who is immensely devoted to serving families in their time of loss and considers it a part of what God has ultimately called him to do on earth. His work has involved the implementation of staff development and innovative strategies for organizational improvement to the benefit of some of the most well respected and notable funeral home establishments in North Carolina. To serve the members of the Dunn and surrounding communities, under the esteemed leadership of Mr. Dallas Dafford, Sr and formerly the late Mrs. Mary Dafford is an honor.
Additionally, Patrick is a youth minister who has served in various capacities, advocating and mentoring youth throughout Wake and Lenoir counties. He is also the founder of Teen Summit a North Carolina faith-based 501c3 non profit organization with a focus to bring awareness and support for high school teens dealing with mental, emotional and social challenges. In 2024, he was chosen by national recording gospel artist, Pastor Tye Tribbett to assist in leading his AnTye Bullying Campaign, an initiative aimed to support young victims who have experienced bullying. Both initiatives work collaboratively to make meaningful impact for youth throughout North Carolina and nationally.
Patrick is married to Chantel Best. Together they are the proud parents of two incredible children, Asa and Chandler Best. He and his family are members of Christian Faith Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC and reside in Clayton, NC.
