Apostle Bob McArthur, Sr., 69, of 8256 NC 27 East, Coats, passed away June 17, 2019.

Survivors: wife - Prophetess Adlay McArthur of the home; sons - Pastor Robert McArthur (Gloria), Junior Overseer Bishop David McArthur, Sr. (Nicole) all of Dunn and Pastor Eric McArthur (Satonja) of Coats; daughters - Assistant Pastor Debra McArthur of Benson and Kathy McArthur of Dunn; adopted daughters - Eldress Deborah Smith and Deaconess Joyce McNeill both of Coats; adopted son - Paul Melvin (Ashely) of Dunn;  brothers - Elder David McArthur, Sr. (JoAnne) of Clinton and James McArthur of Tacoma, Washington; sisters - Artelia Ward of Dunn, Majorie McNeill (Charles) of Valdosta, Georgia and Pamela McLamb of Lillington;  sisters-in-law - Audrey Snead of Benson, Aretheia Snead of Clayton, Gwen Snead of Plainview and Sydel Snead of El Paso, Texas; brothers-in-law - Otis Snead of Plainview, Larry Snead  and Willie Snead of Benson, Randy Snead of Dunn and Robert Snead of El Paso, Texas; ten grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and a very dedicated church family.

The viewing will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, at Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn.

The visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at the God's House of Prayer Church of Deliverance, 809 East Broad Street, Dunn.

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at 2:00 pm at the God's House of Prayer Church of Deliverance, 809 East Broad Street, Dunn.

The entombment will follow at the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
