Debra W. Lanier

Mrs. Debra Willis Lanier, 54, of 231 Kit Stewart Road, Fuquay-Varina, passed away July 20, 2019.

Survivors: husband - Dannie Lanier of the home; daughter - Kizzie McDougal Lucas (Tracy) of Raleigh; grandchildren - Rodney Bailey and Kandice Lucas both of Raleigh; brother - Michael Willis of Raleigh; sister - Cathy Willis of Fuquay-Varina; aunts - Lena Melvin of Orlando, FL, Mary M. Harris of Willow Spring, Janie McPhatter and Alice "Faye" McKethan both of Angier, Rose Surles of Fuquay-Varina, Angie Davis of Raleigh, Mary Rogers (Willie) of Willow Spring, Connie Smith (Bishop Tommie Smith) of Willow Spring; brothers-in-law - Elder Billy Lanier (Geneva) of Fuquay-Varina and Tommy Lanier (Beatrice); and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewings will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Dafford Funeral Home, Angier, and on Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 11:00 am - 12 Noon at Macedonia Apostolic Church, 9805 Fanny Brown Road, Raleigh.

The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 12 Noon, at Macedonia Apostolic Church, 9805 Fanny Brown Road, Raleigh.

The burial will follow in the Angier Community Cemetery, Angier.
