Lenon N. Thompson

Mr. Lenon N. Thompson, 83, of 406 North Clinton Avenue, Dunn, passed away June 6, 2021.  He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife Sudie Mae Thompson; daughter - Betty Bell (Gerry); step-daughters - Brenda Sessions, Delorse Nichols, Shannon Nichols; step-son - Walter Nichols; sister - Rosa Coxum; god-daughter - Tammy Murphy; aunt Etta Elease McKoy; grandson - Marlon Hicks; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many many friends.

The public viewing will be Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Masks are required to enter.

The funeral service will be conducted Sunday, June 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Good News Mission Revival Center, Dunn, following the church's guidelines for entrance, capacity and social distancing. Masks are highly recommended.

Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery, Dunn.
