Mrs. Lois Seright, 79, of 57 Chinaberry Lane, Angier, passed away June 20, 2022.
Evangelist Lois Seright was the oldest daughter of John D. and Marian Finley Houchins.
Lois was affectionately known as Lolly, Grandma, Auntie Lois and Lolly Pop. She grew up in Westfield, New Jersey and attended Westfield Public Schools and Drake Business School of Plainfield. She was married to the late Ulysses Harris and they had one daughter, Sherri Lynn. Years later, Lois married the late Charles Seright. She was lead Secretary at Model Cities and Minority Contractors of Plainfield, New Jersey, and also worked at DurAgraphic Systems as Administrative Assistant/Sales for many years. Upon moving to North Carolina, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for Wake County Government in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Upon moving to Angier in 1990, Lois felt the Lord leading her to start a work along with Her son-in-law, Victor Conner and daughter, which resulted in the founding of Seventh Day Deliverance Church.
Lois leaves to cherish her memory: beloved daughter, Sherri Conner (Victor), four grandchildren Ashley Stowers (Rick), Victor Conner, Jr., Adam and Eric Stowers, a sister, Linda Houchins Bartlett of Virginia, a brother, John Houchins of Lillington, Niece Kelli Randolph (Conroy), Great Nephew Conroy Randolph, Jr. (Brittnee), Great Niece Nicole Randolph, God Daughters Monica Henderson and MoniYAH Person, 2 stepchildren, Charles Seright and Cherie Seright and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 25, 2022 @ 12PM at the Dafford Funeral Home Chapel, Angier, following the guidelines for entrance and capacity. Masks are required.
Burial will follow in the Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.
