Mr. Horton Douglas McNeill, 78, of 145 Barnes Ave, Lillington, passed away, Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Horton’s legacy is cherished and remembered by his son- Antonio McNeill of Louisville, Kentucky; three daughters- Stephanie Ragland of the home, Angela McNeill of Lillington, NC, and Bonita Ragland of Angier, NC; eight grandchildren- Pfillup, Corey (C.J.), Jerrica, Marya, Jada, Isaiah, Nevaeh, and Antonio, Jr.; five great-grandchildren- JerRon, Malaysia, Mahogany, Messiah, Nellie Ann; one brother- Neil D. McNeill (Brenda) of Whittsett, NC; one sister- Voinett McNeill of Bunnlevel, NC; honorary daughter- Bonita Campbell of Lillington, NC; two-lifetime friends- Lewis Kelly of Lillington, NC and Bobby Huff of Sanford, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Public viewing will be held at Dafford Funeral Home- Dunn, Friday, April 5, 2024, from 1PM-6PM. Family will be present from 5PM-6PM. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.

Funeral Service will be held at Norrington AMEZ Church, Lillington, Saturday, April 6, 2024 @ 1PM, following the guidelines of the church for entrance and capacity.  Interment, with the appropriate military honors, will follow in the Norrington Church Cemetery, Lillington.
